3 stage SIR epidemic simulation

Congratulations to the team behind Bokeh. As I found it ~ 1 month ago I was shocked to discover that it is possible to create interactive visualizations with pure clean python. I am still shocked actually

My first Bokeh project is an interactive discrete SIR epidemic model with 3 independent stages (free expansion, confinement, deconfinement). It is available here:
