autloload_server destroys layout after upgrade to bokeh 0.12

Hi,

I have an application which consists of 2 plots and one table, layed out horizontally in a row. While everything works OK if I access the bokeh server directly, the layout is completely broken if I access it through the autoload_server tag behind a flask webserved. I removed all custom css from the site. It is just a heading and the bokeh script tag. The row layout is still destroyed in embedded mode. The exact same code worked in bokeh 0.11. After upgrading to bokeh 0.12 I see this behaviour.

Hi Emmanuel,

It is always recommended to search the issue tracker. This is issue 4693:

Incorrect rendering of embedded Bokeh server app in 0.12 · Issue #4693 · bokeh/bokeh · GitHub

It is fixed in master and will be available in a dev build today and a 0.12.1 release (probably next week). An immediate workaround is also described in the issue.

Thanks,

Bryan
