autoload_server seems to be broken

I have a bokeh app and I am trying to embed the whole app in an html file using autoload_server. What I am get is a wrong layout with all the widgets/plots one on top of the other. For example I tried to embed the widgets.py example and I couldn’t make it. Has anyone else seen that behavior?
Thanks,

George

There was a regression related specifically to this in 0.12, it will be resolved in 0.12.1 in the short term. There is discussion and an immediate workaround in the issue:

Incorrect rendering of embedded Bokeh server app in 0.12 · Issue #4693 · bokeh/bokeh · GitHub

Thanks,

Bryan
