Ideally, you can provide a complete minimal example code that will reproduce the problem. But in any case, there's nothing that can even be speculated about without information like:
* Bokeh versions
* OS and browser versions
* browser console output
* how you ran/deployed the server

I don't see any errors in the server stdout, any ideas what's happening?
