Hi,
When running a server with `bokeh serve`, the resources are referenced in the HTML relatively to the server's IP (or domain). Instead, I'd like to host the resources at a different location altogether (e.g. on a CDN), but from looking at the code, I'm not sure if that's possible.
Ideally, I would have liked to be able to specify the resources' root url directly from the command line, for example:
$ bokeh serve --resources-root-url=https://my-cdn-server.com myapp.py
Do you know of a workaround for this? Additionally, would you consider it a reasonable idea to add the --resources-root-url suggested above?
Thanks!
Julien
