bokeh toolbar does not work in Chrome, works in FF

Python 3.4

running a virtual environment on my ubuntu laptop with all necessary pip installs (bokeh, pandas, numpy etc._

I’ve been working through the tutorials, then running some of the example files from the bokeh github repo.

The tutorials and example files are working on both both Chrome and FF: plotting lines, charts and plotting glyphs on a google map… however, I’ve noticed that the bokeh toolbar (wheel zoom, box zoom, save, etc.) does not work at all in Chrome, but it works fine in FF.

Is this a known issue or is there something that I’m missing?

Hi,

This is not a know issue, AFAIK. Can you submit an issue on the GH issue tracker? We are still working on automated selenium testing that would help us catch an UI/UX problems, but we do extensively test across browsers and platforms before releases. I've never encountered a problem with the toolbar on Chrome before, so this would require some effort to investigate. If you have the time to check out a dev-build or the upcoming 0.9 release candidate that might save us the effort (if it is working in the newer packages).

Thanks,

Bryan

Thanks, Bryan, I verified that this is an issue with my ubuntu laptop, doesn’t happen on other ubuntus at my workplace with Chrome. So this is not an issue. Sorry for the confusion.
