Citing Bokeh in a publication

Hi,

I’m working on a paper where we have utilised the Bokeh library for some data visualisation.

Is there a preferred way to cite this package?

It has only taken several months… but the paper is now online!

The use of bokeh is demonstrated in this example - Interactive Van Krevelen Diagrams

I research complex mixtures using high res Mass Spectrometry, and the paper discusses a new way to look at this data - specifically, interactive plots made possible by Bokeh.

May be of interest.

I’m a chemist, not a programmer, by training… so don’t judge my code too harshly :wink:
