Fill patterns for Bands models

Current release of bokeh support fill patterns for certain glyphs like a Patch via the hatch_pattern property.

There does not appear to be an analogue for models like a general purpose Band. Is there a technical reason for this?

No, it’s just time/effort to do the work and no one has yet decided to prioritize it.
