When I am trying to run this python script - https://github.com/chdoig/scipy2015-blaze-bokeh/blob/master/1.4%20Plotting%20-%20Climate%20(solution).ipynb
I get the error, no module found utils.colormap.
Why??

That module is not part of Bokeh. It looks like it is elsewhere in the repo you linked, though:
https://github.com/chdoig/scipy2015-blaze-bokeh/tree/master/utils
