Hi,
On my own development I noticed the bokeh-generated heatmap is not visible on Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 11 (IE11), while it works on other browsers (Chrome, Firfox, Safari).
The same issue occurs with the heatmap example on Bokeh Gallery, unemployment.py — Bokeh 2.4.2 Documentation, which is not visible on IE11 while working with other browsers.
Any chance this to be taken care of?
At present, the idea would be that you would stipulate legacy resources if you need to support IE viewers. However, I believe there is an open bug with right now:
So your best immediate option may be to use Bokeh 1.4. I think the idea of a legacy resource bundle may be re-thought, but I can’t comment on any timeframe. (I’ve been soliciting the community for more regular windows users to become involved in development ton and off for years, to little success, unfortunately.) Please feel free to comment on that issue with status questions for @mattpap, though.
