Hoover / Resize plot without clicking on the respective buttons

Hi Josh,

We are working on both of those issues:

* "hot corner" for resizing plots
* hover tool active by default

They won't be in the upcoming 0.4.3 release that should be out tomorrow but hopefully before PyData SV in early May.

Thanks,

Bryan

Is there a way to enable hoover or resize on a plot (e.g. like in this one: http://bokeh.pydata.org/docs/gallery/les_mis.html\) without having to click on the respective plot buttons?

For example, I believe for zoom in, one can press shift to enable it. Is there anything similar for resize or hoover?

Thanks,

Josh
