Hover question

Hi Group,

I recently started using Bokeh and it is delivering really impressive visualization of my data. There is a feature I don’t know whether it is possible to implement with Bokeh. What I would like to implement is that on scatter plot when I hover over any data points I want to show some extra points. I know hovertools can show nice datatips - is it possible to change the behavior to display other objects? Thanks a bunch in advance!!

Jian

Do you mean you want the glyph appearance to change on hover? This is not currently possible but should actually be a simple feature to add. Here is a GH issue you can track to follow progress on this feature or to contribute to the discussion:

Thanks,

Bryan
