How to enable rotation on a bokeh plot?

Is there any easy way to provide rotation feature to a bokeh plot ? For example using pan tool I can drag and move the plot. Would it be possible to rotate the plot similar way by dragging?

There is nothing built in for this, you would need to write a custom extension tool for it.
