I am getting this error name 'pydot' is not defined

no packages will be modified.

unsatisfiableerror: the following specifications were found to be in conlict:
-pydot-ng->python 2.7* , -python 3.6
use conda info <package>" to see the dependencies for eah package.

i am very new to python can any body help to fix the issue?
