interactive timeseries

Hi there,

I am trying to do timeseries data visualisation. The data will be an foreign exchange quote (for example EURUSD) for a 6 month time period. But instead of showing all the data at once, I’d like the user to see that data in weekly periods. So there should be a “next” button which will show user 7 more days after pressing it.

I’ve been doing some google research and trying to find my way through widgets without success. The only example I was able to find that is close to my idea was on d3js - http://bl.ocks.org/d3noob/7030f35b72de721622b8

So what tools should I use to replicate the d3 example? Is there a bokeh example like that as well so that I could observe the code?

Thanks

Firat
