Hey Everybody ,
I wonder if it comes to me or if it is a technical issue from Bokeh.
From Python Launcher I start a script with a couple of plots and data table and I get a error telling me that
“No module named numpy” in “…site-packages/bokeh/core/json_encoder.py”
My code ist running fine when I start it from Sypder (Anaconda) I have macbook.
Has someone an idea why it can’t run my code properly from the Python Launcher or can give me a alternative

It sounds like your system’s PATH could be pointing to a version of python that is not part of your Anaconda distribution. If you run which python from your terminal, do you get the path for your Anaconda distribution?
