Issues with line_animate.py example

Dear all,

I would like to visualise real-time physiological data (32Hz) with Bokeh. Now, I did try the line_animate.py example. However, I got only a static plot with the following error message:

python line_animate.py

Using saved session configuration for http://localhost:5006/

To override, pass ‘load_from_config=False’ to Session

2014-08-22 16:30:26.468 osascript[54042:d07] Error loading /Users/myUserName/Library/ScriptingAdditions/XTool.osax/Contents/MacOS/XTool: dlopen(/Users/myUserName/Library/ScriptingAdditions/XTool.osax/Contents/MacOS/XTool, 262): no suitable image found. Did find:

/Users/myUserName/Library/ScriptingAdditions/XTool.osax/Contents/MacOS/XTool: no matching architecture in universal wrapper

osascript: OpenScripting.framework - scripting addition “/Users/myUserName/Library/ScriptingAdditions/XTool.osax” declares no loadable handlers.

Could you please point me towards a solution here?

Best, Tobias

PS: I use Bokeh 0.5.2 installed on OS Mavericks with the anaconda package installer.

Hi Tobias,

This seems really strange, I have no idea what any of this "XTool" output is, and have never encountered it on OSX, personally, Can you run other scripts with python successfully using the Anacconda python? Off the top of my head, seems like maybe a PATH or LD_LIBRARY_PATH or PYTHONPATH issue, perhaps?
