Looking for the graph for tree-like/hierarchy paent-child nodes

Hello Team,

I am trying to develop mini project using the data sourced from MongoDB and on top build a beautiful graph with Bokeh.
The goal is to retrive the parent-child relationship, or sth that gives you the hierarchy from the nodes.

What would would be the best usecase to draw it?
