I love using bokeh, however I can’t figure out some things which I think should be relatively simple.

How can I make my plot width proportional to the screen width?

How can i remove the whitespace around the plot, so that when I use gridplot, the plots are closer to each other?

I don’t quite understand the behavior of plot tools in combination with gridplot. I would have assumed that i could provide a list of tools with gridplot, just like any other plot. But apparently that is not the case.
