I am very pleased to announce [Carolyn Hulsey](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ACoAACoPae0Bphzzoez0DIp9C81ad5sY52LCZCE/?msgConversationId=6491792950668988416&msgOverlay=true) (introduced to us by [NumFOCUS](https://numfocus.org)) as the newest member of the [Core Team](https://discourse.bokeh.org/g/core). Carolyn is a long time Bokeh user who has recently made great strides in organizing and pushing our fundraising and outreach efforts forward. Now that Bokeh is an independent, self-governing project, this kind of contribution is more important than ever. We look forward to her continued help and input in this and other areas. Welcome Carolyn!
