We have a new devel build for you: 0.11.0dev3
There were several big changes lately, so any help testing this package and reporting any issue, bug, problem or suggestion will help us a lot.
The build is available on Anaconda Cloud at:
https://anaconda.org/bokeh/bokeh/files?version=0.11.0dev3
but if you want to try it, please follow the installation instructions here:
http://bokeh.pydata.org/en/dev/docs/installation.html#developer-builds
You also have the js and css files available at CDN:
http://cdn.pydata.org/bokeh/dev/bokeh-0.11.0dev3.min.js
http://cdn.pydata.org/bokeh/dev/bokeh-0.11.0dev3.min.css

Also to add, there are some initial docs about the "bokeh" command including "bokeh serve" up in the dev docs here:
http://bokeh.pydata.org/en/dev/docs/user_guide/cli.html
And will be working on some useful guidance for things like deploying behind nginx, with supervisord, etc, over the next days and weeks.
