Saving a video of a bokeh server application

Hi,
is there a way to save a video of a bokeh server application which uses a periodic callback.
I tried export_png but get a timeout.

Realistically, you will need to use actual screen capture software that is designed for recording screen video. I personally use ScreenFlow on OSX but it is a commercial product. OBS is a popular free and cross platform option (and may be scriptable or have an API but I don’t know for certain)
