Is there anyway to have a few plots on the screen and be able to move them and snap them to each other, perhaps snapping results in them being connected in some way?

Hi,
There is nothing built into Bokeh for this (and probably never will be). However for standalone Bokeh docs you can use "components" to embed Bokeh things into whatever fancy JS layout library you choose. In a month or so you will also be able to embed individual components of Bokeh apps in a similar way.
