How can I make sure that the non minified js is used ?

I want to see the effect of some small changes. The minified js is hard to change.

there are a few ways, but as you indicate you do some development, I will suggest setting shell variables, either BOKEH_MINIFIED=true or BOKEH_DEV=true. The earlier just forces bokeh.js and bokeh.css instead of bokeh.min.js and bokeh.min.css, and the later makes generated HTML human readable and enables debug logging. See more in [1]. For example, under linux you would issue BOKEH_DEV=true python my_bokeh_script.py.
