2) Perform all computations and store data in huge database as input to CDS Bokeh, or
3) Use Bokeh to steer all on-demand computations?
There’s no way to answer this general a question. Optimizations always come down to the actual details of what you want to accomplish, what trade offs are acceptable, etc.
