Very generic - approach to bokeh app and data manipulation

As in the title? What is the most efficient way for that?
2) Perform all computations and store data in huge database as input to CDS Bokeh, or
3) Use Bokeh to steer all on-demand computations?

There’s no way to answer this general a question. Optimizations always come down to the actual details of what you want to accomplish, what trade offs are acceptable, etc.
