Vline hline guide line

Hi,

how to add or remove the guideline when one is using mode='vline' or 'hline' with HoverTool ?
Does the guideline was by default in a previous Bokeh version ?

The hover tool has never had any visual indicators of its own. If you want you can add a CrosshairTool along side it, configured for only the height dimension.
