### Browser name and version

### Jupyter notebook / Jupyter Lab version
Observed in both Jupyter Lab 4 and VS Code
### Expected behavior
I don't expect zoom to invert an axis.
### Observed behavior
zooming occasionally inverts the y-axis.
### Example code
```Python
from bokeh.plotting import figure, show
from bokeh.io import output_notebook
output_notebook()
x = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
y = [6, 7, 2, 4, 5]
p = figure(title="simple line example", x_axis_label='x', y_axis_label='y')
p.line(x, y, legend_label="Temp.", line_width=2)
show(p)
```
