Hi! Is there a demo/example of a 3d bar chart done in Bokeh?

There is nothing built in to Bokeh for any 3d charting at all, and probably never will be in the core library. It is possible to create custom extensions to Bokeh that wrap arbitrary JS libraries, and a demonstration of a custom extension that wraps a JS library for 3d surface plots is shown here:

If you have a JS library that can create 3d bar charts and would like to connect it to Python analytics with a Bokeh custom extension, we will certainly try to answer any any specific, detailed implementation questions as best we can.
