BOKEH charts failed to render in Internet Explorer

Hi.

I tested my bokeh charts
they work fine with Web/Chrome and Android phones.
(more then 20 diverse charts, maps, graphs, etc)

However, Internet Explorer/EDGE can render none of them

my test environment :
python 3.8.2
bokeh 2.0
IE/EDGE v44.x

Any thoughts?

thanks for contributing. JS was reconfigured and IE worked
