Bokeh support for mobile app

I want to build an app targeting web, android phone/tablet and iOS phone/ipad. I am not getting whether bokeh supports mobile apps?

Hi,

The answer is "it depends" on what exactly you want to do. Most Bokeh plots will display just fine on mobile devices. But some tool interactions, and especially some Bokeh widgets, do not work so well. If you just need to show plots perhaps with a few simple tools (e.g. Pan) and use widgets outside of Bokeh's there's a decent chance the result would be satisfactory. But ultimately you'd just have to try something out to see whether it suits your needs.

I would love to improve Bokeh for mobile but the current core team frankly lacks the necessary experience to do that. It would be great if an experienced mobile web developer were to become new contributor to help out specifically with this.

Thanks,

Bryan

Thank you Bryan for such a quick response. I will start working on this and once I found out a way, I would definitely like to contribute to Bokeh.
