Developer build

Dear Colleagues

When I try to install a developer build on Windows 7 with Python 3.5.2, as described here:

http://bokeh.pydata.org/en/latest/docs/installation.html#developer-builds

using this command

pip install --pre -i https://pypi.anaconda.org/bokeh/channel/dev/simple bokeh --extra-index-url https://pypi.python.org/simple/

Then it installs boken-0.12.4. The reason I was trying to install the developer version was to include the PR associated with issue #5700.

Is this expected?
Thank you
David

Pip packages for dev builds are currently not available:

  restore pip installable dev builds · Issue #5827 · bokeh/bokeh · GitHub

Available options are conda installing, or building from source.

Thanks,

Bryan
