The provider that serves up the DNS records for pydata.org is currently experiencing a DDoS attack, and this is affecting name lookups for pydata.org and all subdomains, including pandas.pydata.org, bokeh.pydata.org, etc.
We are actively monitoring this issue and expect this will be resolved shortly.
