Embed in ArcGIS Storymaps

Hi there,
Can someone point me in the right direction to embedding bokeh plots on a website where you don’t have the ability to save an html file? Or do i really need to purchase a domain? These plots would be perfect for ArcGIS Storymaps, I just am not able to upload a HTML file anywhere to access publicly.
