Embedding static bokeh plot in Wordpress blog post

Can anyone provide some help on embedding a static (no server) bokeh plot in a Wordpress website? I’ve tried pasting in the html generated by bokeh into the Wordpress editor and nothing renders.

Thanks!

Bokeh is Javascript-based. You can’t do it in vanilla wordpress. If you install your own Wordpress server, or pay the $99 to upgrade, you can install Wordpress plugins that allow Script or Iframe tags needed.

Otherwise, nope. Many other blogging platforms (Blogger, tumblr) do allow Script/Iframe, so if you don’t have to use wordpress, easiest solution might be to use one of them.

Ben,

Thanks for letting me know (I just noticed your previous post on the topic)!

I will keep investigating other options.

Just noticed you are on Medium - does Medium allow embedding of bokeh plots (I am new at this…)

Thanks,
