As of Bokeh 0.12.4, this is not currently possible from Bokeh itself. You might find some success with a tool like Selenium for capturing a larger area, but this would be more involved.

I really like boken and will use it in subsequent research and projects. However, I also encountered the problem of gridplot export. When querying relevant problem, it seems that plotly implements the function of simultaneously exporting gridplot. ref Subplots in Python
