Export_png does not work with windows task scheduler

I have a batch file pointing to a python script which utilizes bokeh. If I execute the script directly, or execute the batch file, it works fine. But it the batch file is called by windows task scheduler then the scrip gets hung up on the export_png function. The script doesn’t error out - it just gets stuck and never moves forward. It does not matter if I’m logged in or not when task scheduler executes the batch file.

I see someone posted a similar issue 5 years ago but it was closed without being resolved. export_png not working with windows task scheduler

Has anyone else run into this issue or have suggestions on trouble shooting?

Thanks,
Chad
