Grey9 very light with 0.7.0

Hello !

I just updated my bokeh to the 0.7.0 version. Amazing stuff everywhere ! But, one bad point I saw is that the Grey9 palette is very light wheras the Grey9 was really strong in the 0.6.1.

I guess everybody will see the difference…

This looks like a bug of some sort (perhaps the color mapping got inverted?) Can you file an issue on GitHub (ideally with some code to duplicate, but at least with the images)?
