I am currently trying to integrate by bokeh plots with an already running angular 4 webapp.With this in mind, I’ve tried using the components feature, which seems to fail if I can any external Hovertool(Using JS) options. Is there any easier way to go about this ?

Hover tools and Bokeh CustomJS callbacks work fine with the components API, and this functionality is used maintained under test continuously. It's not really possible to offer assistance without more information and most especially some examples of the code you've actually tried.
