I love to have a help page for my app. I would like to write it using HTML. Is there any possibility that I can import this HTML page to a tab in bokeh?

You can use a custom HTML template. save accepts it. Of, if you’re using bokeh serve, IIRC the right way would be set the curdoc().template attribute.
