PLZ help me how to do checkbox in dropdown
I want to make graph with dropdown where we select some item in drop down
please help

The current Bokeh widget set does not include a dropdown with checkboxes. However, Bokeh is extensible, so your best bet in the immediate term would be to create your own custom extension:

You can also file a GH feature request issue as well, but I can't speculate when anyone on the core team might be able to turn to it (there is currently much more work to do than people to do it).
