Is there an axis_label_orientation || How to rotate an axis label?

There seems to be an orientation attribute for major_label, but not axis_label_orientation. How to make the RHS y-axis label read from bottom to top?

I don’t think th at’s
currently a feature. Feel free to open a feature request.
