We have a new devel build for you: 0.12.0dev5
There were several big changes lately, so any help testing this package and reporting any issue, bug, problem or suggestion will help us a lot.
In particular, this build includes a new public API for BokehJS!
The build is available on Anaconda Cloud at:
https://anaconda.org/bokeh/bokeh/files?version=0.12.0dev5
but if you want to try it, please follow the installation instructions here:

You also have the js and css files available from CDN:
