New Bokeh Org Blog

Hi all,

As you may have noticed, the 0.12 release announcement happened on a new blog at:

  https://bokeh.github.io/blog/

I'd like this to be a great place to collect interesting posts about all things Bokeh and Bokeh-adjacent (e.g. RBokeh, DataShader, bokeh-scala, etc). This could include people from the community writing up something awesome that they have done to share with the rest of us. So if you'd ever like to contribute there, please know you can make a Pull Request against:

GitHub - bokeh/blog.bokeh.org: Jekyll GitHub Pages blog site

The README has a few easy steps to get started. The site is built with Lektor, but the main thing to know is that posts are authored in vanilla MarkDown, with HTML optionally mixed in. As an example, the source for the release announcement is here:

  https://github.com/bokeh/bokeh.github.io/blob/source/content/blog/release-0-12/contents.lr

As always let us know if you have questions, or if we can help!

Thanks,

Bryan
