packaging issue affecting MPL compat

Hi all,

In the chaos of releasing Bokeh 0.5 during SciPy 2014, we made a small packaging flub that affects using bokeh.mpl successfully. If you need to use mpl support in Bokeh, you can get a new dev build with:

  conda install -c Login :: Anaconda.org bokeh

We will release a point release next week.
