RTI plots with colorbar

Hello guys,
I have a library to plotting Range-Time-Intensity (RTI) from radar signals, this library was developed using matplotlib. I’m moving to interactive plots on the web, I think bokeh is the best option to do this, but as you can see at attached file my plot has a jet colormap and colorbar for each subplot, looking in the bokeh’s gallery I don’t see any examples with colorbars…can you send me an example? or the colobar is not developed yet? if not, please tell me if you need help to do this.

Hi Daniel,

There is currently no color bar in Bokeh. Happily though, the big changes that it was depending on (basically a new layout system) is done, and adding a colorbar axis should not actually be all that difficult. I am going to do my level best to work on it before Monday's 0.7 code freeze, but if it does not make it into 0.7 next week it will be in a dev build release soon after.

So, I want to install Bokeh in windows. However the documentation is very nebulous on how to install the java script build for windows needed and I have not been able to complete it. Can someone point me to the documentation? Well, documentation that is better than the current web site anyway.

How do you are trying to install on win? Are you using Anaconda? something else?

Can you also "conda update bokeh" to get the latest released version? If you are experiencing JS problems on windows with a conda installed Bokeh, that is definitely a bug. Please file issues on GitHub with as much platform/browser/system info as possible:

Also, if you do really want to attempt to build from source, you basically need to install nodejs and grunt-cli. It is fairly challenging, and one reason there is not much documentation on it is that we don't actually build the JS for release on Windows. PyPI sdists are created on linux, and conda packages are built on linux and "conda converted" to other platforms. I'm sure I have done it in the past when developing directly on Windows, so I know it is possible, but it would still be a process to get set up.
