Table not displayed properly when upgrading Bokeh and Jupyter notebook

I was previously using Bokeh to generate nice looking tables in a Jupyter notebook but upon upgrading to Jupyter 4.2.0 and Bokeh 0.12.2 the table no longer generates properly. The headers for the columns are misaligned and cannot be lined up manually either. I have wrriten a detailed description with pictures and a code example here:

Am I using the wigetbox incorrectly or is this a bug? Thanks for the help.

I believe there’ s an open issue for this, so I’m
guessing you’re using it
correctly.
