Where can I find a list of all the available colors supported by the plotter? My plot needs a LOT of different colors and all the ones I keep trying different ones after the first couple that came to mind and keep getting errors!

There are no limitations, besides what can be represented in RGB color space. Bokeh has several pre-defined palettes built in (look in "bokeh.palettes"), but you are free to construct and use any RGB palette, of whatever size, that you need.
Regarding nay errors, it's impossible to speculate what might be the problem without seeing actual code.
