Using a datasource to manage LinearColorMapper properties

Happy new year,

Noticed that the LinearColorMapper (and one assumes other ColorMapper derivatives) do no accept a source argument for control of their properties via callbacks, Is this deliberate? Am I missing something (possible)? If it is possible, would be interested to hear your thoughts on making the addition.

Cheers,
George

Hi,

I am not exactly sure what you are proposing. Source arguments are typically for when there is a possibility of things being vectorized, which I am not sure how that would work for color mappers. Perhaps you can share some pseudocode of what you are hoping to be able to do?

Thanks,

Bryan
